Main features:

Cotton Waste De-linter has cleaner and two passages of cutting units and treats the cotton waste into grade 2 to grade 3 linters. It is patent cotton waste de-linter is for regenerative material purpose and the waste and lower value waste is changed into high value material. The Cotton Waste De-linter can work whole year to produce the regenerative linter.

Process layout:

Raw material (manual feeding) → Fan suction delivery → Mixing → Cleaning →

Opening → No.1 cutting + cleaning → No.2 cutting + cleaning → Regenerative linter + Cottonseed meal.
